Overview of Motor Slip Rings

The slip ring is an electrical component responsible for connecting and transmitting energy and signals to the rotating body. Background of the Generation of Motor Slip Rings

They were originally specially used in ultra-high-end fields such as aviation and aerospace, and now they are widely used in civil precision electronics and electrical equipment. Some series have been made into general electrical accessories.
Electrical slip rings are the most widely used among all slip ring series. They are also called brushes, carbon brushes, collector rings, current collector rings, bus rings, rotary communication, and rotary electrical joints. They are specially used to transmit power sources and signal sources during unrestricted continuous rotation. The stator and rotor parts respectively lead out wires to connect the power sources of the fixed structure and the rotating structure and the terminal electrical appliances, and rotate with them.
